We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to join our Apps team. In this pivotal role, you will not just manage features-you will pioneer entirely new products from the "0 to 1" phase, directly elevating the value proposition of our One package.
This is a role for a builder. You will take full end-to-end ownership of new applications, guiding them from the initial spark of ideation through a successful launch and into full lifecycle evolution. Youll work closely with engineering, design, and marketing to craft innovative solutions that empower web creators, leveraging your expertise in Agile methodologies and product strategy to build tools that define the next generation of web creation.
Responsibilities
Champion the "0 to 1" Journey: Lead comprehensive discovery phases to identify market opportunities, shaping abstract concepts into viable, high-impact products that expand the ecosystem.
Architect the Roadmap: Craft and steward a forward-looking product roadmap, prioritizing features that drive maximum value for our One subscribers.
Drive Execution & Delivery: Empower and lead development teams through rigorous sprint execution (using Agile/Jira), translating complex vision into crisp, actionable requirements and user stories.
Own the Outcome: Assume full accountability for the products success. You will define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate relentlessly to ensure market fit.
Harness Data & Insights: Analyze user behavior and product metrics to drive data-informed decisions, ensuring every feature launched solves a real user problem.
Collaborate for Impact: Bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business goals, fostering a culture of innovation and shared ownership across teams.
Voice of the Customer: Maintain a connection with CX, communities and the ecosystem. You will lead user interviews, conduct user testing, and facilitate focus groups to ensure the product remains aligned with user needs and community expectations.
Market research & Awareness: Track industry shifts and break down competitor strategies to identify gaps and opportunities to ensure our products stays ahead of the curve and maintains a distinctive market position.
Requirements: Experience: 3+ years in Product Management, with a proven track record of managing products through the full lifecycle.
The "Builder" Mindset: Demonstrated experience launching products from 0 to 1. You have taken an idea from a whiteboard to the market.
Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and workflow tools like Jira. You speak the language of developers and designers alike.
Data-Driven: Proficiency in analyzing product metrics and user behavior to inform strategy.
Strategic & Innovative Thinker: Ability to balance immediate execution with a long-term vision, translating market research, competitor analysis, and VOC into a clear, innovative product strategy.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams without formal authority.
