What will your job look like?
As a Data Scientist Lead, your responsibilities include:
Leading and mentoring a team of Data and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Full responsibility for developing and implementing advanced machine learning models, and translating business objectives into actionable data-driven solutions, while also mentoring junior team members and staying current with industry trends
Working with R&D groups for integration
Maintaining existing AI/ML engines.
Promoting best practices in AI development.
Requirements: The ideal candidate for the Lead Data Scientist has:
A Masters or Ph.D. in Machine Learning and Computer Science or related field.
Over 5 years of experience in AI/ML roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
A strong technical background in machine learning, deep learning, and data science.
A proven track record of successfully delivering AI products and production environment.
Expertise in Python, Spark, SQL and popular ML frameworks.
Deep expertise in machine learning, including LLMs and their surrounding infrastructure, tooling, and deployment pipelines.
Experience on data platform like Databrick, SageMaker etc
A strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with the talent to inspire and motivate a team.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
