For a growing high-tech company in Sderot: The Operational Excellence Engineer is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations to enhance efficiency, quality, reliability, and scalability. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, implement data -driven solutions, and embed a culture of operational excellence.
Lead and execute Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and operations Analyze end-to-end processes using value stream mapping to identify waste, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities Develop and implement standard work, SOPs, and best practices Provide ongoing support to the VP Operations in day-to-day operational management Define, track, and analyze operational KPIs (cycle time, yield, cost, throughput, quality) Build dashboards and reports to support data -driven decision making Validate improvement impact using statistical and analytical methods Partner with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program teams Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and improvement training sessions Support change management and adoption of new processes Support operational scaling, new product introductions, and process maturity Identify risks to operational performance and propose mitigation plans
Requirements: Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Systems, Manufacturing, or related field)
2+ years of experience in operations, planning, manufacturing, or process improvement roles
Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence methodologies
Strong analytical skills and experience working with operational data
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
