Aglobal leader in additive manufacturing, is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Global Marketing Data, Analytics & Operations team.

Responsibilities:
Own and manage our Marketing platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and additional digital tools.
Build and optimize automated marketing programs nurture flows, lead scoring, segmentation, dynamic content, forms, and landing pages.
Ensure accurate, seamless data flow across all marketing and sales systems, including HubSpot↔Salesforce integrations.
Support global marketing teams with operational needs, integrations, and process improvements.
Analyze campaign performance to uncover insights and optimize engagement
Collaborate with developers, marketing stakeholders, and global teams to execute high-impact marketing activities.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
35 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, including proven experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and Salesforce CRM must.
Strong understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, digital marketing workflows, and campaign execution.
Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in Excel and marketing analytics tools.
Experience with additional digital tools (Google Analytics, Bizible/attribution tools, webinar platforms, etc.).
Technical skills in HTML/CSS/JavaScript an advantage.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong problem solver with excellent communication skills.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
