Role
As Technical Product Manager, you will:
Lead the vision, roadmap, and execution for developer-facing platforms, with a strong emphasis on APIs, SDKs, documentation and tooling, that support personalized experiences.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, and QA teams to ensure technical solutions are scalable, performant, and secure.
Translate personalization logic and technical complexity into clear, actionable user stories, specs, and product requirements.
Define and monitor success metrics, such as time-to-first-call, developer satisfaction (Dev NPS), adoption rates of personalization feature, and refine product strategy accordingly.
Work cross-functionally with DevRel, solution engineering, customer success, marketing, and strategic clients to gather requirements, validate features, and support launch and adoption.
Stay at the leading edge of personalization, API, and developer tool trends to continually refine our developer experience.

we are looking for a driven and technically fluent Product Manager to lead our internal Data Platform, which powers everything from ETL process to data lake storage layers to advanced analytics products. Our Data Platform operates at a massive scale, processing tens of terabytes of data across complex ETL pipelines, data lake layers, and analytics workflows. Youll help shape the backbone that fuels algorithm development, validation processes, and analytics tools that determine the quality of models. Our group works with the energy of a compact startup inside the company: fast feedback loops, end-to-end ownership, and big responsibility. You will work closely with Algo teams, Validation teams, Analysts, and cross-functional engineering groups to deliver a platform that is reliable, developer-friendly, and built for scale.
What will your job look like:
You will define the platforms roadmap and drive cross‑org alignment on data infrastructure priorities.
Translate requirements from Algo, Validation, and Analyst teams into clear and structured product specifications, including UX/UI and user flows.
Own the product lifecycle - from discovery and design to implementation, rollout, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
Conduct ongoing conversations with users to acquire a deep understanding of their needs and pain points.
Support smooth releases and ensure platform adoption across the organization.
Provide clear direction and smart prioritization, helping a highly capable and opinionated team stay focused and deliver exceptional results.

You will be the owner of product launches and upgrades through the entire lifecycle, including:

Analysis & Prioritization:

Analyze operational implications of new features, solutions, modifications, and existing processes within our product for users and our back office

Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies and automations in the product

Organize projects and tasks and effectively triage to manage competing priorities

Problem Solving & Design

Work with key stakeholders across the business to develop details on specifications

Collaborate with team members to create professional design specifications for all projects sent to the technical team for production

Launch & Ongoing Improvement

Manage communications with the technical team and oversee the process end-to-end to ensure actual production matches the agreed-upon specifications

Analyze data on usage to learn and prioritize

We are looking for a temp Product Marketing Manager to run the GTM strategy for our release of our three new AI Observability products - The MCP Server, The AI Center and Olly.

Responsibilities:
Execute and adapt an existing GTM plan that drives adoption and engagement with our growing suite of AI products.
Enable and support our sales teams, so theyre able to effectively tell the story of our AI products to their customers and prospects.
Communicate with stakeholders across the business, so that they know the status of our various marketing projects.
