As a Marketing Specialist - Virtual Events you will:
Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual events for the EMEA region, from planning through live execution and follow-up.
Build and manage EMEA webinars, including promotional activities, budget management, and more, to maximize registrations and attendance.
Manage multi-channel promotional campaigns (email marketing, social media, paid media, etc.), including invitations, reminders, confirmations, post-event follow-ups, and nurturing campaigns to drive registrations, MQLs, SQLs, and contributions to sales pipeline.
Work hands-on in webinar platforms (BigMarker, Zoom), including setup, troubleshooting, and live event management.
Work and manage external agencies and 3rd-party webinar vendors to run joint webinars and on-demand webinar projects.
Collaborate cross-functionally with content writers, solution engineers, PPC managers, designers, marketing automation, sales, and project managers to deliver impactful webinar campaigns.
Coordinate with speakers on content, rehearsals, technical readiness, and live delivery.
Analyze performance data and continuously optimize webinars for audience engagement, attendance growth, lead generation, and contribution to pipeline.

seeking a Partner and Customer Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team on a temporary basis during a maternity leave period. This role bridges two key areas of marketing customer engagement and partner collaboration to maintain and grow relationships that are vital to success. Youll lead campaigns, communications, and events that drive customer retention, advocacy, and satisfaction, while also managing joint marketing initiatives with partners around the world. Youll report to the Global Marketing Director, based in Tel Aviv, and you'll be working on a hybrid basis, with three days from our Tel Aviv offices. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, organized, and creative marketer with a passion for collaboration and impact.



Responsibilities:

Customer Marketing

Manage customer communication programs, including lifecycle email campaigns, in-platform messages, and webinars.
Coordinate customer engagement initiatives such as community programs, user events, and educational campaigns.
Support customer advocacy efforts collecting success stories, testimonials, and reviews.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Education teams to enhance customer experience and adoption.
Contribute to retention and upsell initiatives by aligning marketing programs with customer insights and needs.
Partner Marketing

Serve as the main marketing point of contact for partners.
Support the planning and execution of co-marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, and joint communications.
Help maintain relationships with key partner stakeholders and ensure alignment on shared goals.
Manage presence in partner marketplaces and assist with partner enablement materials.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent partner messaging across channels.
Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with Marketing Operations, Regional Marketing, partners and CS teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events.
Track and report on key metrics related to engagement, advocacy, and campaign performance.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams during the coverage period.
