Requirements:
6+ years building production-grade backend or ML systems that real users depend on

Tangible experience with LLMs prompting, fine-tuning, or deploying them behind an API (show us what you've shipped)

Fluency in at least one backend language (TypeScript, Python) and familiarity with cloud-native infra (Docker, K8s, AWS)

Strong grounding in algorithms, data structures, and probability CS, EE, Math, or equivalent real-world chops

Demonstrated skill in building resilient, high-traffic, "can't-go-down" services (finance, gaming, ad-tech, etc.)

Passion for agentic coding: chaining tools, orchestrating workflows, letting the machine do the grunt work

Curiosity, pragmatism, and the ability to learn crazy-fast (zero bureaucracy, maximum building)

Ability to be in our Tel-Aviv office at least 3 days a week

Requirements:
5+ years as a product manager in successful startups or fast-growing companies

Hands-on experience building GenAI applications and automation frameworks (Flowise, n8n, etc.)

Self-organized and process-driven approach with excellent leadership skills

Ability to understand complex processes and spot improvement opportunities

Data-driven analytical thinking with perfect English and communication skills

Experience leading small, agile teams and a passion for continuous learning

Ability to work in our Tel Aviv office a minimum of 3 days a week

Requirements:
8+ years of fullstack development experience with strong skills in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and Python (or Node/Go for backend).
Solid understanding of LLM APIs, agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI), or custom AI pipelines- Advantage
Experience with modern cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Docker, CI/CD).
Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)- Advantage
Product-oriented mindset: you care deeply about building things that work well for users.
Bonus: experience with observability, feedback loops for AI agents, or embedded AI evaluation techniques.

Requirements:
4+ years of professional software development experience, with proficiency in languages such as Python/C#/Java.

Experience in the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including model training, deployment, inferencing, and addressing the challenges of scaling AI products.

Proficiency in safe AI/ML rollout methodologies, including canarying and A/B testing.

Proven ability to design and architect complex, high-performance systems that support AI workloads.

Demonstrated experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

Hands-on experience with common ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, as well as libraries like scikit-learn and time-series models (e.g., Prophet, ARIMA, LSTM).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write and optimize high-performance code.

Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).

Requirements:
Significant real-world experience (at least 5 years) of developing software for production backend systems (Go, Python, Typescript, Node etc).
Proficiency in LLM application concepts and techniques such as Agentic Memory, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, Multiagent systems, and more.
Hands-on experience with measuring AI systems - developing datasets, evaluation benchmarks, and performance monitoring systems for LLM applications.
A solid understanding of state-of-the-art advancements in the field of Large Language Models .
Ability to take initiative, scope work iteratively, and make meaningful design decisions to drive projects to completion.
Preferred Qualifications
A strong focus on data and data quality, with the ability to optimize data flows for developing cutting-edge LLM-based applications.
Familiarity with Langchain, LangGraph or other LLM-based frameworks
