You will collaborate closely with designers, architects, and engineers across multiple teams to create a robust, well-documented, and future-proof system. Key Responsibilities
Contribute as part of the core leadership group for our new Design System initiative.
Design, develop, and maintain reusable, scalable, and accessible UI components.
Collaborate with designers to translate design specifications into high-quality code.
Shape architectural decisions to ensure performance, maintainability, and scalability.
Challenge and improve existing UI/UX patterns to enhance usability and developer experience.
Document and showcase components using Storybook (or similar tools).
Implement and maintain testing strategies for components (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG/ARIA) in all components.
Partner with multiple teams to promote adoption of the Design System across the company.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and architecture discussions to maintain technical excellence.

We are seeking an experienced, skilled and creative Full-Stack Engineer to join our Barebone (platform infra) team. At the Barebone team, we facilitate and maintain the infrastructure that supports higher-level teams efforts, thus playing a central role in pushing business initiatives from PRD to Production-ready. We design, code, and maintain the interaction layer with the EHR (the software used by physicians at the point of care), and and the same time - adopt a guardian state-of-mind, making sure we do not cause any degradation in the EHRs performance or functionality; this is a fundamental part of us being an add-on software.
As a Full-Stack Engineer, youll collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and fellow Developers and participate in all the technical stages, from design to deployment, to monitoring and working with our customer success and support.
