Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems critical to the core product
Take full ownership of complex infrastructure components from concept to production, ensuring reliability, observability, and maintainability
Dive deep into new technologies and system areas, evaluate and integrate them to solve infrastructure and product challenges
Promote engineering excellence by setting high standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and design reviews
Act as a senior Developer within the team: mentoring others, contributing to architecture discussions, and supporting the technical growth of the team
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, Security, and QA to align backend work with business needs
Investigate and resolve production issues, customer escalations, and performance bottlenecks proactively
Help shape the teams technical roadmap and long-term strategy through strategic input and hands-on contribution Requirements:
7+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development
Solid understanding of backend architecture and scalable service design
Proficiency in at least one of the following: Go,.NET or Python
Experience designing and building cloud-native applications
Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
Strong sense of ownership with ability to lead features end-to-end
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially cross-functionally
Experience mentoring or supporting developers is a plus

Requirements:
3+ years of development experience with a passion for excellence
Strong server-side skills.
Experience with large-scale production databases
Experience with high throughput, low latency, mission-critical distributed systems
Appreciation for best practices and an itch to raise and act on ideas for improvement
A get-things-done approach.
B.Sc. in Computer Sciences or an equivalent.
Bonus Points
Experience production grade Spark pipelines, BigQuery.
Experience with production grade GO BE services.
Ability to form strong mental models of complex data serving stacks.
An AI mindset: stays up to date with the AI landscape, explores tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot, and looks for ways to boost productivity through AI

Requirements:
At least 5+ years of backend development experience, with large-scale products.
Proficient in Kotlin/Java for backend development.
Experience with cloud infrastructure and services.
Experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker and monitoring technologies.
Experience in Kafka, Redis, Postgres, and Trino.
Proven track-record in delivering reliable software products.
Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to balance multiple stakeholders inputs.
