Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Ads, AdSense, Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
In this role, you will lead and execute go-to-market campaigns and product programs initiatives as a Waze's experienced and visionary Head of Go-to-Market (GTM) are focusing on 2026 and long-term growth.
Waze Marketing is responsible for creating the overall Waze experience starting with the brand, messaging, communications, design, social media, multi-media and more. As part of the product team, we work side by side with R&D to initiate and create new projects and products. We strive for simple, leveled up communications and excellent brand management. We are looking for self-starters with an entrepreneurial edge, and a strong inclination towards design and visual.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$297,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new Waze features and product updates, aiming for a significant increase in usage and feature adoption.
Collaborate with product teams to align GTM strategies with the product roadmap and ensure effective product launches.
Drive user acquisition initiatives through paid evergreen campaigns in key markets, with continuous monitoring and optimizations.
Manage budget allocation for various GTM initiatives, including local feature promotion, seasonal campaigns, community engagement and professional driver programs.
Build a high-performing culture of collaboration and communication within Waze and the broader Geo organization.
Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
13 years of experience in product marketing or GTM leadership roles.
5 years of experience with people management.
Experience in developing, planning, and executing successful GTM campaigns for consumer-facing products.
Experience in multi-channel marketing and communications, including social media, user communications, and paid media.

Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 years of experience in an executive leadership position, managing direct reports.
Experience with community building and engagement strategies for user-generated content platforms.
Experience in mapping, navigation, or real-time data industry.
Experience with AI-powered features and their market introduction.

We are seeking a Solutions Manager who will be the go-to expert for problem-solving production incidents. This role is critical for ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution across all digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in marketing platforms, tracking systems, and data analysis, ensuring that our campaigns are measured accurately and efficiently while risk is being managed.

Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of marketing performance data, ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and reliability.
Lead problem-solving for any production incidents affecting paid media performance data, from detection to root cause analysis to resolution.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and user behavior patterns that impact marketing attribution and campaign effectiveness.
Maintain and optimize Marketing Platforms, including GA4, CAPI, GTM, and integrations with Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms.
Understand the difference between client-side and backend events, ensuring proper measurement and alignment across systems.

Requirements:
2-3+ years of experience in Project/solution management, ideally with experience in Data oriented production incident management within the marketing field.
Highly technical and analytical, with strong SQL skills, capable of identifying trends and anomalies, diagnosing root causes, and effectively communicating issues to BAs and developers. Able to use data to support recommendations and drive resolution.
Strong understanding of marketing technology, tracking, attribution, production support and analytics systems.
Skilled at differentiating and managing client-side and backend event tracking.
Proven problem-solving skills and experience resolving issues in fast-paced production environments.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with process development, optimization, and documentation.
Hands-on experience with GTM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms, GA4, CAPI is a plus.
Familiarity with Monday.com, Snowflake, web tracking and Appsflyer is a plus.
