From discovery to launch to optimization, your focus will be on delivering AI-driven innovation that matters Strategic Ownership: Define and evolve the AI product roadmap, aligning initiatives with business goals and measurable outcomes. Prompt Engineering Mastery: Design, TEST, evaluate, and optimize prompts to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs from LLMs. Productization of AI: Translate model capabilities into seamless, reliable, and efficient product experiences. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Design, and Ops to scope, build, and ship AI-powered features that are usable, compliant, and impactful. Experimentation & Validation: Run quick experiments to validate hypotheses, measure ROI, POCs, and ensure every AI investment delivers clear value to the business and customers. Discovery & Delivery: Proactively discover and validate new features and enhancements through data to solve your problem area while ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Internal Evangelism: Champion AI adoption across the organization. Help stakeholders understand whats possible (and whats not) with todays models. Market Awareness: Stay on top of the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem and assess which external models, APIs, or tools should be brought into our product.

You will define how our Public API evolve, collaborate closely with enterprise customers and GTM teams, and ensure we deliver innovative technical solutions that solve real-world problems and accelerate adoption. Your Arena - Know your impact?? As a Senior Technical PM, you will own Chargeflows Public API product and act as the voice of both our customers and our platform. API Product Ownership: Define and evolve Chargeflows Public API strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and Developer -first usability. Enterprise Collaboration: Work directly with enterprise customers and prospects throughout the sales lifecycle to deeply understand their problems, shape meaningful solutions, and accelerate adoption. GTM Alignment: Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to drive API product positioning, competitive differentiation, and successful enterprise rollouts. Technical Leadership: Work closely with Engineering to design and deliver robust APIs (REST, GraphQL, webhooks, SDKs), turning complex flows into intuitive experiences. Innovative Problem Solving: Leverage modern technologies and creative design to address complex challenges and empower our customers. Discovery & Validation: Engage continuously with enterprise clients, prospects, and partners to validate API needs and prioritize roadmap investments. Cross-Functional Enablement: Equip Sales and Customer Success with the knowledge and tools they need to champion Chargeflow Connect. Market Awareness: Stay ahead of industry standards, competitor APIs, and Developer experience best practices.
