Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will lead our Carrier Ethernet product line, managing a portfolio that serves telecom carriers, managed service providers, and enterprise customers worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Define and execute product strategy for BATMs Carrier Ethernet portfolio, targeting 25%+ annual revenue growth.
Roadmap Management: Develop data-driven product roadmaps aligned with MEF standards evolution, customer requirements, and competitive positioning.
Customer Engagement: Conduct quarterly business reviews with top-tier customers including major carriers and service providers.
Requirements Analysis: Partner directly with internal engineering teams and OEM partners to translate customer use cases into technical specifications and product requirements.
Pricing Strategy: Develop competitive pricing models and business cases that balance market competitiveness with profitability goals.
Go-to-Market: Lead product launches and market entry strategies, coordinating across marketing, sales, and channel partner teams.
Technology Vision: Drive technical innovation, including next-generation MEF 3.0 services, SDN integration, and network automation capabilities.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in: Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related technical field.
5+ years of product management experience in telecommunications networking, with 3+ years specifically in Carrier Ethernet.
Proven track record of managing products with $20M+ annual revenue and driving 20%+ year-over-year growth.
Experience working directly with carriers, regional managed service providers, or large enterprise networking customers.
OEM partnership experience collaborating with white-box and silicon vendors to expand product portfolios.
Deep expertise in Carrier Ethernet technologies, MEF 2.0/3.0 standards, and service provider network architectures.
Strong knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols, MPLS.
Hands-on experience with Broadcom and Marvell switching silicon architectures and development ecosystems.
Close familiarity with cloud-based network management solutions.
