As part of our companys Global Events Team, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining high-quality event content that ensures a smooth and engaging experience for all participants - before, during, and after the event.
This is a temporary position for 4 months, with a strong operational and content coordination focus.
You'll manage event content within our event management platform - including the online agenda, speaker information, and session details - while working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure everything is accurate, organized, and up to date.
This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy team player with excellent coordination and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Own the build and ongoing updates of the online agenda in the event management platform and mobile app
Gather and organize session information: titles, abstracts, speaker bios, timing, and session components
Maintain up-to-date and accurate content, while proactively tracking changes
Collaborate with content owners and speakers to finalize session materials ahead of deadlines
In addition to content management, youll also provide operational and logistical support throughout the event planning cycle, including:
Supporting the online registration process
Assisting employees with customer support and event-related queries
Helping with logistics, giveaways, shipments, and on-site event execution.
Requirements: Strong planning, coordination, and organizational abilities
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach
High sense of ownership with the ability to work independently and efficiently
Ability to stay calm under pressure and work extended hours during peak times
Fast learner with a positive, proactive attitude
Fluent English, both spoken and written
Proficiency in Excel and strong comfort managing spreadsheets and structured data.
