Responsibilities:
Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of large-scale Google Ads, Bing and App campaigns.
Own day-to-day management of high-budget accounts, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance.
Develop and implement testing strategies across keywords, ad copy, bidding and landing pages.
Monitor and analyze performance data daily, identifying trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.
Produce clear, actionable weekly and monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders.
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and platform updates to maintain performance leadership.
Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience managing high-scale B2C PPC search campaigns.
Proven experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Demonstrated success managing 67 figure monthly budgets.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex performance data, extract actionable insights, and drive data-informed optimization.
Deep understanding of conversion optimization strategies, bidding models, and A/B testing methodologies.
Experience in the online gaming or sports betting industries is an advantage.
Fluent in English; Portuguese, Spanish, or German is a plus.
High project-management skills with strong self-executing abilities.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
Passion for Football and other Sports - advantage.
