Programming laboratory automation equipment, including: Agilent, Tecan, Hamilton and Beckman Coulter platforms
Developing scripts using Python and JavaScript to enhance automation workflows
Assisting in designing, validating, and troubleshooting automated experimental protocols
Conducting training sessions and workshops for researchers on automation tools and programming practices
Assist in organizing automation equipment programming/operation training sessions
Participate in the establishment and maintenance of an institutional automation database
Assist in maintenance and repair of equipment in G-INCPM
Generating comprehensive documentation, user guides, and teaching materials
Requirements: M.Sc. in Biology, Biochemistry,Chemistry, Bioinformatics (Ph.D. is an advantage)
Proven experience in programming and operation of lab automation platforms (at least one of the following: Tecan, Hamilton,Agilent, Biomek)
Proficiency in Python and JavaScript -Advantage
High level of English and Hebrew (written and spoken)
Demonstrated experience in training technical concepts-Must
-Proven ability in basic maintenance and troubleshooting of automated laboratory instruments
