We are looking for a SUPER creative, people person and highly motivated Employee Experience Expert to join our HR team in Israel.
In this key role, you will design and lead end-to-end employee experience strategies, covering the full employee lifecycle. Youll be responsible for building and implementing programs that foster a vibrant, connected, driving initiatives that enhance well-being, foster connection, and align with our unique culture and values.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end employee experience initiatives - from ideation and planning to seamless execution. This includes organizing site-wide events such as holiday celebrations, business milestones, team-building activities, happy hours, guest lectures, and more.
Support the full employee lifecycle by creating meaningful touchpoints that strengthen connection to our brand, global HR strategy, and our unique culture.
Champion employee well-being through thoughtful and personalized gestures - both professional and personal - such as lifecycle gifts, recognition moments, and curated experiences.
Manage budgets and vendors with full ownership of planning and execution. Build strong supplier relationships, prioritize effectively, and ensure long-term planning and operational excellence.
Drive creativity and innovation by staying current with trends and developing original, engaging ways to enhance well-being, engagement, and team cohesion.
Promote and communicate all initiatives to maximize participation and engagement. Strengthen employer branding, internally and externally, through digital channels such as internal screens, intranet, social media, and more. Ensure global visibility of Israel site activities via the HR portal and collaboration with the global HR team.
Oversee employee volunteering programs at the Israel site, ensuring alignment with company values and social impact goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders including field HR, talent acquisition, organizational development, procurement, legal, finance, facilities, and others to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Requirements:
35 years of proven experience in similar roles involving employee experience, engagement, internal communications, or event management - a must.
Hands-on experience in leading and executing high-scale events and activities from start to finish - a must.
People person and team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptionally creative, with a proactive, can-do attitude. from idea to execution - and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Strong content creation capabilities and writing skills
High-level proficiency in both English and Hebrew, written and spoken.
Bachelors degree in human resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field an advantage.
Previous experience working in a global company an advantage.
