We're looking for a proactive Compliance Officer to join our Global Compliance Department. This key role focuses on product compliance, through the enforcement of our internal standards, prevention of misuse, and the promotion of ethical practices across the organization. You'll implement business principles, ethics procedures including KYC procedures, and manage projects while supporting overall Compliance and Ethics initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain compliance policies, ensuring alignment with our values.
Oversee ethical compliance in service usage.
Detect and prevent fraud and create prevention tools.
Conduct audits to ensure policy adherence and recommend improvements.
Communicate directly with, and evaluate customers and partners, for policy alignment and to provide guidance.
Report findings and update policies to address new risks.

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Regulatory & Compliance Counsel to join our legal team and take full ownership of global privacy, regulatory compliance, and emerging technology governance in the web data collection industry.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for maintaining best-in-class compliance standards across privacy, data protection and AI governance. You'll navigate complex and evolving regulatory landscapes, ensuring we stay ahead of legal requirements while enabling business innovation. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution, serving as the primary advisor on regulatory matters across all business units.
Responsibilities
Privacy, Data Protection & Web Data Compliance:
Lead compliance with global data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, HIPAA, PIPEDA) and develop company-wide privacy programs and governance frameworks
Provide strategic legal guidance on compliant data collection practices, including CFAA, EU Database Directive, IP/TOS considerations, and conduct risk assessments for AI training datasets
AI Governance & Export Controls:
Ensure compliance with emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, U.S. AI Executive Orders) and build AI governance frameworks
Maintain compliance programs for export control laws and sanctions screening (U.S. EAR, OFAC, EU regulations)
General Responsibilities:
Serve as regulatory liaison with authorities and auditors, develop compliance training programs, and provide regular updates to senior leadership on compliance posture and emerging risks.
