Leadership and Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and vision
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Quality Assurance
Establish and enforce QA processes and standards that adhere to industry best practices and compliance requirements
Design, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly validate the functionality, performance, and security of our product
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to identify and address potential product quality issues
Quality Metrics and Reporting
Define and track key quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of QA efforts
Prepare and present regular quality status reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans
Innovation and Learning

Our platform is responsible for the infrastructure provisioning and cloud deployments that power all Cortex products, operating at massive scale and serving thousands of engineers across the company. We are looking for a highly technical individual to join our Cortex XDR Agent team as a Senior QA Automation Engineer. The team builds the foundation of the Cortex XDR agent, from security modules to server communication and task management.
As our Senior Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for product quality, test design, and planning. You will develop automation tests and the required infrastructure, focusing on Windows and macOS environments. This includes deployment, execution, and validation across multiple system configurations. You will work closely with the development team to investigate and resolve issues discovered during testing.
The role is deeply hands-on, requiring a strong understanding of the product, operating systems, and automation frameworks. You should have the ability to streamline processes, enhance test coverage, and improve efficiency through automation using Python.
