The Role:
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Front-End Developer to help shape the digital experience of Cross River’s COS team . This role is all about building sleek, responsive, and highly functional user interfaces that enable our clients and internal teams to interact seamlessly with our platform. You’ll take ownership of design-to-code workflows, partner with cross-functional teams to bring complex products to life, and continuously improve the usability and performance of our applications. We are seeking a frontend engineer who can craft intuitive, high‑performance web applications that unlock generative‑AI capabilities for our customers and internal teams.
You will build reactive, data‑driven UIschat experiences, content editors, dashboardsthat integrate with our GenAI backend services (Node.js on AWS) to deliver secure, accessible, and delightful user experiences.
What Youll Actually Be Doing
Design and implement responsive web applications using React (Next.js) and TypeScript that surface chat, summarization, and creative‑assist features powered by LLMs.
Integrate securely with backend GenAI APIs (REST/GraphQL, WebSocket) and handle real‑time streaming of model responses.
Build reusable UI components (TailwindCSS/shadcn/ui) and design systems for prompt inputs, context panes, and feedback collectors.
Implement client‑side observability (OpenTelemetry, Sentry) to monitor latency, errors, and usability of GenAI features.
Optimize performance through code‑splitting, server‑side rendering (SSR), and efficient state management (React Query, Zustand, or Redux Toolkit).
Collaborate with product designers and ML/backend engineers to iterate on prompt engineering, UI/UX flows, and evaluation loops.
Champion accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), localization, and responsive design to reach global audiences.

In this high-impact role, you’ll embed security across the entire SDLC - from CI/CD pipelines to smart contracts—helping us build secure-by-design systems that power the future of fintech and digital assets. You’ll lead threat modeling, drive secure development practices, and automate guardrails that make security effortless for developers. As part of a collaborative security team, you’ll influence architecture, compliance, and innovation while protecting millions of users and billions in assets.

* Conduct smart contract security reviews and advise on cryptographic and wallet security patterns
* Coordinate penetration tests, manage bug bounty reports, and track remediation through development teams
* Build reusable security components, libraries, and developer-friendly guardrails
* Deliver internal training, build a security champion network, and drive adoption of AppSec best practices
* Produce security metrics, documentation, and audit evidence to support FFIEC, PCI DSS, SOC 2 compliance
* Stay current on evolving threats in blockchain, DeFi, GenAI, and supply-chain ecosystems

Manage user access, roles, and group assignments across the platform.
Monitor platform health and performance; troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
Perform regular platform upgrades and patching activities, ensuring minimal disruption.
Assist with data imports, including Transform Maps, Data Sources, and Load scripts.
Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and process owners to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
