Required Technology & Digital Transformation Lead
Job Overview: The Technology & Digital Transformation Lead will drive our global technology strategy and digital execution across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and R&D domains. This role focuses on leading transformation through robust business applications, enterprise data initiatives, system integration, and scalable digital solutions. The leader will ensure alignment with strategic business goals while managing global programs with measurable impact and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Business Applications & Transformation Programs: Oversee strategic transformation across ERP, CRM, e-commerce, supply chain and data platforms and systems. Align business applications with global priorities in commercial effectiveness and business growth, operational efficiency, and financial control.
Cross-Functional Execution: Lead strategic technology projects across commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, and R&D landscapesensuring minimal disruption to business-as-usual operations.
Change Management & Deployment Leadership: Apply structured change management practices and modern deployment methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, hybrid) to ensure successful delivery and adoption of digital solutions.
Drive High-Impact Data & Analytics Projects: Lead and contribute hands-on to enterprise data platform implementations, analytics initiatives, and BI systemsdelivering insights and value across all functions.
Workflow & Process Automation: Implement and scale automation solutions for business processes, enhancing productivity and ensuring alignment with enterprise workflows.
Global Governance & Stakeholder Alignment: Establish governance models, align stakeholders across regions, and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
Value Realization & Financial Tracking: Define KPIs, drive cost-efficiency, and deliver self-funded digital initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field.
Deep business understanding across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and R&D domains.
Leadership experience in managing large-scale technology and digital programs (>$10M) within global organizations for at least 10 years.
Strong background in business applications management, including ERP, CRM, e-commerce.
Expertise and proven hands-on capabilities in data platforms, analytics strategy, and BI systems.
Experience with workflow automation, system integration platforms, and end-to-end process redesign.
Demonstrated success in application deployment using Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, and hybrid models.
Solid experience in supply chain, manufacturing, and inventory technologies.
Deep financial acumen, including practical knowledge of Chart of Accounts, financial reporting, general and sub-ledgers, and digital finance systems such as FP&A tools, consolidation platforms, and ERP finance modules.
Technical fluencycapable of engaging in implementation, code review, and architectural decision-making.
Proven ability to lead diverse, multicultural teams and drive transformation across multiple geographies.
