Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems critical to the core product
Take full ownership of complex infrastructure components from concept to production, ensuring reliability, observability, and maintainability
Dive deep into new technologies and system areas, evaluate and integrate them to solve infrastructure and product challenges
Promote engineering excellence by setting high standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and design reviews
Act as a senior Developer within the team: mentoring others, contributing to architecture discussions, and supporting the technical growth of the team
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, Security, and QA to align backend work with business needs
Investigate and resolve production issues, customer escalations, and performance bottlenecks proactively
Help shape the teams technical roadmap and long-term strategy through strategic input and hands-on contribution Requirements:
7+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development
Solid understanding of backend architecture and scalable service design
Proficiency in at least one of the following: Go,.NET or Python
Experience designing and building cloud-native applications
Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
Strong sense of ownership with ability to lead features end-to-end
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially cross-functionally
Experience mentoring or supporting developers is a plus

Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in backend software engineering.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and Apache Kafka.
1+ year of experience with AI concepts and tools, integrating AI workflows into backend systems.
Strong server-side development skills with proven experience building services in large-scale production environments.
Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience working in public cloud environments (AWS is a strong advantage).
Practical experience with CLI and Docker.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
A strong team player with a sense of ownership and accountability.
A mindset of continuous learning, curiosity, and openness to trying new technologies.
Ability to understand the big picture, including technical and business perspectives.
B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Points:
Experience in Go/TypeScript.
Understanding of Kubernetes.

* 2-5 years of development experience in Platform C++/Python Software Developer over Linux.
* BSc./B.A. in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/equivalent degree graduate.
* Strong problem-solving skills along with the ability to work independently.

* Ability to read and understand a large and complex existing code-base, as well as analyze and debug complex multi-threaded code. Preferred Qualifications

Requirements:
6+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development, primarily using Node.js and React.

Proven experience in leading large-scale web projects or owning features end-to-end, from architectural planning through development to successful deployment.

Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and scalable software design principles.

Hands-on experience with AI code generation tools.

Proven experience working in dynamic, fast-paced technology or high-tech companies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate across teams.

BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a Python developer.
* Strong programming and design skills in Python.
* Experience with Linux.
* Experience working with Docker.
* Familiarity with generators, decorators..
* Good knowledge of the Python standard library
* Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
* Experience working with one of the popular web frameworks: Django, Flask or FastAPI. Preferred Qualifications
* Development of distributed systems.
* Database Development with Postgres, MongoDB.
* Some familiarity with frontend development / JS/TS.
* Experience with Go and Rust.
* Experience with microservices architecture.

Requirements:
Strong programming experience in at least one of the following: C++, Java, Rust, .NET, or Python.
Experience working with python data analytics libraries (such as numpy, pandas, polars).
Experience working on backend services or data-intensive applications.
Understanding of distributed systems, data pipelines, and production monitoring.
Experience in hybrid infrastructure environments (on-prem + cloud).
An open-minded technologist with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and best practices.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer Science/Software Engineering/EE/other relevant field or equivalent work experience - Must
5+ years of R&D experience in Python
Excellent coding skills

Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java (Spring boot 3).
3+ years of hands-on experience in React.
Experience with API development and integration.
Proven experience in Microservice- an advantage.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms - an advantage.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Github/Jenkins - an advantage.
