we are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our growth team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving user engagement, onboarding and conversion nurturing through data-driven, personalized campaigns. By leveraging marketing automation tools, youll help create a seamless experience that fosters stronger customer relationships and supports business growth.
This position is temporary, a replacement for maternity leave.
What am I going to do?
Ideate, initiate, and implement email workflows and messaging across the entire user journey lifecycle - from activation to engagement, retention, and reactivation - to increase revenue, conversion rates, and user lifetime value.
Own and optimize in-product experiences such as modals, banners, walkthroughs, and interactive components to drive meaningful engagement, adoption, and long-term retention.
Manage key customer engagement tools such as Braze, Appcues, and analytics platforms, ensuring they are configured and leveraged for maximum impact across the entire user lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Development, and Data teams to seamlessly integrate lifecycle marketing strategies into the user experience and drive efficient, high-quality execution.
Analyze performance data across the full user lifecycle, extract actionable insights, and iterate quickly to continuously improve key growth and retention metrics.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, product marketing, or marketing automation, with a proven track record of designing and executing successful experiments and campaigns across the user journey.
Hands-on experience with key marketing and engagement tools, including Braze (or similar CRM/lifecycle platforms), Appcues, etc.
Strong background in executing in-product marketing experiences such as modals, banners, walkthroughs, and personalized user journeys.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Development, and Data teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
Analytical thinker with a data-driven mindset; able to extract insights from performance data and translate them into actionable strategies.
Excellent project management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Technically proficient with a problem-solving approach able to troubleshoot and resolve marketing-related technical issues independently.
Curious, self-motivated, and eager to continuously explore new tools, technologies, and growth tactics.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is a plus.
