As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of blending healthcare innovation with technology, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease. Your role is central to guiding the product development journey, from conceptualization through to execution. You will be tasked with understanding market needs, prioritizing the product backlog, and working closely with agile development teams to ensure our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations. This position is vital in maintaining our commitment to delivering healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and project management oversight as the Product Owner within Agile teams. Generate user stories, backlog management, and sprint planning.
Work closely with R&D, software, hardware, and systems teams to tackle integration challenges, focusing on a seamless user experience and product reliability.
Manage the planning, execution, and documentation of software releases, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee software defect resolution and enhancement processes, prioritizing based on user experience insights.
Conduct the collection and analysis of market and customer insights from global customers and physicians to inform product features, enhancements, and prioritization, including:
Engage with and understand customers through surveys, interviews, industry conferences, feedback sessions, and market research.
Analyze usage data and service reports from deployed systems to gain insights into customer needs and product performance.
Collaborate across development and commercial teams, including software, biomedical, systems, downstream marketing, regulatory, medical affairs, clinical affairs, and others to gather insights and ensure a unified product strategy and execution.
Contribute analysis and insights to help define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with evolving market needs and industry trends.
Requirements:
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience in product management or similar role, with a strong preference for medical device or healthcare industry experience of 3-5 years.
Comfortable with international projects and collaboration with global teams. Will be partner regularly with teams and colleagues globally and especially in the United States.
Proficient understanding of UX/UI design principles and their application.
Effective at working across diverse teams and influencing without direct authority.
Candidates must be available to work from our office in Kfar Saba, Israel.
Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies with experience acting as a Product Owner.

About the job: As the Product Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the cross-functional and internal organization processes associated with our product organization. * Drive the New Product Introduction process with relevant product managers and stakeholders (finance, supply chain, marketing, sales operations, order management, etc.) across all of its phases from initial planning till launch.
* Drive strategic roadmap planning process with product management team, at quarterly and annual level.
* Track product KPIs, including product-line P&Ls and drive annual process to define quantitative and qualitative targets per product line / manager.
* Own reporting systems and tools used by LiveU’s product managers to gain visibility into their product’s performance (Qlik Sense, FinOut, Salesforce) used to support these programs and tracking.
* Prepare and run product quarterly business reviews with product team.
* Prepare and run bi-monthly regional Product-Sales alignment sessions.
* Track and own internal communications around LiveU product’s commercial policies, including: End User Price List management, Product Lifecycle policy management and cadence, high-level roadmap tracking and adjustments
* Oversee technical writing team and own documentation of both customer facing user guides, and internal process documentation.
* Prepare and track Product Org operating budget, interfacing on behalf of Product org with finance and procurement teams.
* Manage special cross functional projects led by CPO in the company.
