We are looking for a talented Program Manager to join our team! Overview This position requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced and challenging environment . The Program Manager reports to the Sr. Director who manages the Close Range Line of Business (LOB). The Program Manager has prime responsibility for managing development and production programs, while ensuring that program objectives (technical, financial and schedule) are fully met. This role covers all stages from marketing support (responding to RFIs/RFPs, engaging with potential customers and expanding offerings for current customers), through product development to production deliveries and successful installation and implementation in the field. Responsibilities: Program planning & execution
* Closely Manage and monitor development and production programs within the Line of Business (LOB), Companies production and supply chain , R&D and QC.
* Lead the Integrated Program Teams (IPT) – cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
* Closely work with the OEM’s to support execution, tests, demos , technical reviews and other activities.
* Develop and implement program plans that define the programs’ goals and objectives, scope, technical, financial, and schedule requirements, coordinating with all relevant organizational entities.
* Monitor and control program progress according to goals, quality, budget and schedule.
* Achieve assigned targets in terms of revenue, up-sales and management objectives.
* Coordinate the production planning and execution, from kick-off till completion of deliveries
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
* Support configuration control, root cause and corrective action (RCCA) meetings, problem review board (PRB) meetings as program manager with decision authority. LOB Strategy planning & execution
* Participate in the LOB's strategic planning and contribute to the development of products’ roadmap.
* Take major part in the execution of the LOB strategy, and assist in reaching the strategic goals.
* Maintain and expand relationships with strategic partners and customers. Pre-Sale Activities:
* Work closely with the business development team to engage new customers and manage pre-sales activities.
* Lead responses to RFIs and RFPs and negotiate with customers Risks and Opportunities Analysis and Management:
* Identify and analyse potential risks and opportunities associated with customer programs and internal processes.
* Develop risk management plans for the programs and manage the implementation. Customer Success
* Support customers’ activities, including integrations and testing, to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
* Manage training preparation and execution.
* Lead the Integrated Program Teams (IPT) with the customers– cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
* Closely work with the OEM’s to support execution, tests, demos , technical reviews and other activities.
* Participate in field tests , mainly in the southern part of Israel Regulatory and Contractual Responsibilities
* Work with the legal department to review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions as part of the bid process.
* Negotiate, activate and manage subcontractors and third-party vendors per program plans and goals.
* Ensure compliance with export control and information security requirements and regulations.

We are looking for a Digital Hardware Engineer to join our HW team, for leading the design of multi-functional digital HW boards from block diagram up to production.
Principle duties and responsibilities:
Develop block diagrams and schematics from the initial concept phase
Design high-speed digital circuit boards.
Define specifications, design, test, bring-up, integrate, and release new products for production.
Create Hardware Design Specifications and test plans.
Collaborate cross-functionally with all R&D disciplines to meet design objectives.
Provide engineering support for designs in production.
Guide PCB layout designers during the design process.
Work closely with FPGA, software, and test engineering teams during product integration.

We are looking for a creative and motivated HW development engineer with excellent problem solving and communication skills.
The hardware development engineers responsibilities include designing and integrating analog and digital blocks in the flagship product.
The HW development engineer will report to the hardware manager.

Job Responsibilities:
Design and integration of analog circuits including magnetics and communication filters
Board designing with emphasis on Power circuit
Design with EMC/EMI considerations
Board simulations
Layout, BOM, and DFM knowledge
Design power converters: DC-DC, AC-DC, AC-AC
Magnetics analysis using magnetic measuring tools and validation of theoretical results
Close work with the embedded Firmware team

We are looking for an experienced hardware design engineer to join our team.

In this position, you will be responsible for the product hardware starting from the concept phase and turning it into a stable and reliable product to be used by our customers.

Primary duties:
Design of New Application processors/SoCs (NXP, TI, etc.) based boards (System on Modules) and related products.
Board design and layout.
Support board bring-up of new platforms.
Documentation of designs is your responsibility.
Supporting end-customer through module integration.
