As a Full Stack Software Engineer in the Chronicle SOAR Response team, you'll build the future of cyber-security response. You'll own the full development lifecycle of impactful projects, from design to production and beyond. You will be working alongside a team of engineers and tech leads, and collaborate with Product Management, UX, and Technical Writing.
Responsibilities
Design, develop and launch impactful projects for our cyber-security response platform, taking full ownership of the the entire development lifecycle, from design to implementation, testing, release, and monitoring.
Collaborate closely with software architects, engineers, product managers, UX designers and other engineering teams to define project scope, gather requirements, and ensure successful feature development and release.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring adherence to high-quality coding standards across our team's components and services.
Identify and address issues, performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges, ensuring the platform can handle increasing data volumes and user demands.
Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
2 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience designing and developing full-stack software using modern technologies.
Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular) and building user-friendly and responsive web interfaces.
Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, and EDR (advantage).
Understanding of backend systems, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies (e.g. GCP).
Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Python, or other programming languages.
