We are seeking a strategic, research-driven Product Manager to join our Verticals Group. This is a unique opportunity for a "Product-Strategist" who thrives on high-level Discovery and market analysis.

In this role, you will be the bridge between our 300+ global customers and our core platform. Instead of managing day-to-day R&D sprints, you will focus on identifying the "What" and the "Why"-uncovering deep sector-specific needs (Healthcare, Industrial, Public Sector) and translating them into a strategic vision. You will define the roadmap themes and work closely with Core Product Managers, who will then lead the execution with the R&D teams.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager, your impact will be:

Product Strategy: Own the product vision, ensuring our platform is optimized for the worlds most critical infrastructures.
Deep Discovery: Partner with global customers and field teams (Pre-sales/Post-sales) to uncover complex use cases and untapped market opportunities.
Strategic Influence: Synthesize field insights into clear strategic requirements. You will collaborate with and influence Core PM teams to ensure vertical needs are prioritized in their R&D roadmaps.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Lead research on market trends and competitor landscapes to maintain leadership in the CPS space.
Global GTM Partnership: Act as the product authority for our US-based teams, driving adoption and supporting global Go-To-Market efforts.

Our CX group owns the "face" of our products. In this role, your mission is twofold: you will define the innovative experience patterns and "agentic" flows that set the standard for all our products, while also taking full ownership of major, standalone strategic projects. You will lead the evolution of our platform into the agentic era, reimagining how users interact with AI-driven workflows to meet shifting market expectations. Bridging the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution, you will ensure every touchpoint in the ecosystem is seamless and value-driven. Youll partner closely with Design and Engineering to raise our UX quality bar and embed practical AI into the fabric of the merchant experience.
What you will be doing:
Lead Strategic Standalone Projects: Take full end-to-end ownership of major product initiatives. You will move from initial market discovery and strategy to technical execution and global launch.
Define the "Experience" Standards: Create and document the innovative experience patterns and "agentic" flows that define how merchants interact with our platform. Youll ensure these patterns are modular and high-quality so other PMs can easily utilize them in their own features.
Drive the Agentic Evolution: Identify and implement practical AI and automation opportunities that transform the merchant experience, moving from static dashboards to dynamic, intelligent workflows that solve complex problems for our users.
Raise the UX Quality Bar: Partner deeply with Design and Engineering to champion a "UX-first" culture. You will be the final word on what a world-class merchant interface looks like.
Bridge Strategy and Execution: Translate high-level business goals into actionable product roadmaps. Youll manage the trade-offs between rapid AI innovation, technical feasibility, and a seamless user journey.
Consult and Collaborate: Act as a "center of excellence" for other product teams, providing the blueprints and guidance they need to ensure their features feel like a native, consistent part of the ecosystem.

What Youll Do:
Domain Empowerment & Strategy: You are the primary owner of the Payments roadmap. While collaborating closely with Product and Business leadership to align on high-level strategy, you are empowered to make key decisions on how we evolve our payments platform to meet customer needs.
