Required Experienced Deep Learning Algorithm Developer
You will join a collaborative team dedicated to researching and developing advanced neural networks critical to our key products. We are recruiting for several teams, offering you the opportunity to work on vision-related tasks such as segmentation, object detection, classification, regression, as well as 2D and 3D vision technologies.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full cycle of deep learning R&D, including modeling new solutions, enhancing the performance of existing ones, and participating in innovative, cross-organizational initiatives.

What will your job look like:
Design, develop, and implement deep learning algorithms to solve complex problems in computer vision.
Take ownership of deep learning projects: Compose product requirements, design solutions, oversee execution, and collaborate with talented Algorithm Developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop solutions.
Research the latest advancements in deep learning, multi-task learning, AI architectures, and apply them to enhance our algorithms.
Requirements: B.Sc. or higher in CS, Math, Physics, or Engineering
3+ years of experience in algorithm or ML/DL development
Strong background in computer vision, ML, and deep learning
Proficiency in Python and DL frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
Experience with end-to-end model development (data, training, deployment)
Advantages:
M.Sc./Ph.D. in a relevant field
Experience with PySpark or big data tools
Knowledge of C++ or CUDA
Cloud experience (AWS, GCP)
Leadership or tech lead experience.
