Required Implementation Manager (French speaking)

As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for technical implementation to ensure the success of our customers. You will serve as a member of the Strategic Services organization responsible for technical implementation of our solutions and for providing services.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Onboarding and Ongoing Technical activities for our Customers and Prospects
Act as the main point of contact for any technical implementation related matters
Manage Customer and Internal Stakeholders expectations during Onboarding and Deployment
Work closely with our Account Managers and Customer Success Managers and lead technical implementations.
Requirements: Experience in technical implementation or support roles in SaaS Company
Strong working proficiency in web technologies like JavaScript, CSS, HTML
Proven experience in customer-facing roles with preferably SAAS organizations of global companies
Good understanding of Agile development processes and Methodologies-advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills French
At ease with managing and prioritizing multiple projects at the same time
The ability to work well in a global, dynamic, cross-functional, team-based environment
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields advantage.
