We are looking for an experienced Product Manager for an innovative, technologically advanced and unique SaaS product.
A member of our Product Management department is a key influential force driving the business, responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with Sales, R&D, product owner, customers, marketing and field-services to ensure successful product releases and high customer satisfaction.
Collect, prioritize and internally communicate product requirements, define product features, manage and communicate product roadmap
Meet customers, partners and analysts to communicate company/product strategy, address requirements and collect feedback
Work closely with product owner and R&D to track progress and ensure timely and high-quality releases
Perform product research, competitive analysis and market research, discovering most important incremental improvements and identifying new opportunities, driving product strategy and business decisions
Collaborate with sales, Pre and Post sales engineers, Support and operations daily
Produce technical presentations and sales tools, support product marketing with go-to-market campaigns
Learn fast new technologically complex domains to be able to address customers requirements for a technological advanced solution
Excite and inspire others to achieve business and product goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Vision and Strategy: Define a compelling product vision and strategy rooted in market research, customer insights, and system capabilities. Lead strategic discussions and align stakeholders around a shared roadmap.
System & Market Understanding: Conduct deep market and systems research. Extract and define business requirements from complex system integrations with a clear understanding of the end-to-end e-commerce domain.
Data-Driven Execution: Leverage data analysis and KPIs to drive decisions, validate hypotheses, and continuously optimize performance.
Roadmap Development: Build and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term delivery with long-term strategic goals.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) from early-stage ideation through solution validation and execution. Ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle and foster a shared understanding of goals and priorities.
Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery and iteration, using agile best practices and mastering the Software Development Life Cycle.
Go-To-Market: Lead go-to-market strategies for new features and enhancements.

This role requires a deep understanding of both business and technical aspects, and will work cross-functionally with various product, engineering, and cross department teams to drive the transformation, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and define the roadmap for breaking down the existing monolithic system into a modular, scalable microservices architecture.
Drive the vision and execution of the transformation strategy, aligning with business goals and user needs.
Set and communicate a clear vision for the microservices platform, including prioritizing features, handling trade-offs, and aligning key stakeholders.
Work closely with other product managers, development teams, designers, and stakeholders to translate product requirements into detailed specifications. Guide the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and functionality.
