We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative analyst who can bring advanced analytical techniques to our team. As couriers have complete freedom to choose when to go online and which tasks to approve, their behavior affects our overall levels of service and metrics. Optimizing and molding their behavior via analytical insights is an everyday, game-changing mission. For this mission, amongst other things, you will be developing and optimizing payment models, researching challenges and opportunities in our day-to-day operations, raising flags and providing analytical insights to other operations teams.

What youll be doing
Monitor and analyze core operational KPIs (courier income, task acceptance rate, delivery times, efficiency, etc.)
Conduct data analysis to derive meaningful insights and trends that go beyond surface-level observations
Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Develop processes & tools to balance between KPIs and find optimization opportunities.
Design, build, and monitor courier payment models that are fair and lucrative for couriers while aligning with business goals.
Support our geographic expansion over the country as well as our expansion into new product lines and business projects.
Collaborate with other teams locally and globally - such as product, global operations, and analytics.

A part of the POC GROWING TEAM- This role will have a substantial impact on the company's future. It will involve managing the integration process with the data warehouses of some of the world's largest brands. This includes:

Mapping the different data sources to connect to (based on dozens of data sources connects to).
Modelling the data in platform, based on the business context and the customers KPIs.
Building a deep understanding of models and analyses to analyze them and debug problems.
Building and defining tools to automate and improve the integration process (scripts to automated data discovery, data pipeline, validation scripts, etc)
Data is the underlying asset of our vision. You will directly impact the core value of the product, which is already used by major brands.
Youll be prioritizing and designing product features (not dashboards), yet you will also work closely with our customers to understand how data is leveraged to make decisions, learn which insights are valued, etc. This wide perspective will put you in a key position to shape the strategy of the growing product, and define its KPIs.
