Responsibilities

Monitor data pipelines and production environments proactively to detect and resolve issues promptly.

As the Data Stores team, we are responsible for implementing and delivering database solutions that handle and store petabytes of data. Our focus is on scalability, low latency, high throughput, and geo-distributed database systems, ingesting terabytes of data every day. We provide seamless, reliable, and scalable database solutions, which are key components for Machine Learning Models that deliver highly accurate, real-time risk decisions to protect our customers from fraud. Continually adapting to the evolving landscape and trends in databases, we implement new database offerings to ensure innovative solutions stay ahead in the market.

What you'll be doing:
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient database solutions.
Lead and mentor engineers to ensure the seamless operation of our database systems.
Investigate and implement performance and cost optimizations for our database solutions.
Create or introduce tooling and processes to support the operational aspects required for maintaining large database solutions.
Contribute to the continual improvement of our database infrastructure.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies for databases, and implement new database offerings as needed.
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure the availability and performance of our database systems.

We are looking for a Customer Data Engineer.
As a Customer Data Engineer, you will be a part of a strong energetic, and fast-growing global team. You will be an integral part of clients' onboarding and ongoing data requests and projects. You will be working closely with internal PM and CSM teams as well as interacting directly with clients data teams across different business verticals. Your core responsibilities will involve playing an active role in collaborating with internal teams to construct tailored data transformations and manipulations while working with top-notch technology (Cloud tech etc.) The ideal candidate is an SQL whiz with a strong work ethic, robust analytical and technical capabilities, and highly effective time management skills. We are looking for a master multi-tasker who thrives in challenging, fast-paced environments, with agility and ease. 
The Customer Data Engineer is a position that brings with it an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding company on the cutting edge of Martech. 
Responsibilities:  
​Develop and support a wide range of data transformations and migrations 
Construct custom ETL processes: Design and implementation of data pipelines and data marts, access versatile data sources, and apply data quality measures 
Investigate data mismatches and apply solutions 
Work side by side and support the Customer Success teams in order to meet customer business needs.

We are looking for a Data Engineer.
The Data Engineer position is a central role in the Tech Org. The Data Engineering (DE) team is a Change Agent Team that plays a significant role in the ongoing (at advanced stages) migration to cloud technologies. The ideal candidate is a senior data engineer with a strong technical background in data infrastructure, data architecture design and robust data pipes building. The candidate must also have collaborative abilities to interact effectively with Product managers, Data scientists, Onboarding engineers, and Support staff.
Responsibilities:
Deploy and maintain critical data pipelines in production.
Drive strategic technological initiatives and long-term plans from initial exploration and POC to going live in a hectic production environment.
Design infrastructural data services, coordinating with the Architecture team, R&D teams, Data Scientists, and product managers to build scalable data solutions.
Work in Agile process with Product Managers and other tech teams.
End-to-end responsibility for the development of data crunching and manipulation processes within the product.
Design and implement data pipelines and data marts.
Create data tools for various teams (e.g., onboarding teams) that assist them in building, testing, and optimizing the delivery of the product.
Explore and implement new data technologies to support data infrastructure.
Work closely with the core data science team to implement and maintain ML features and tools.

We are looking for a Software Engineer to help the Data Team develop the core automation engine that powers our cutting-edge security platform.

This role goes beyond simple data processingits about building a scalable, well-architecture software foundation for high-performance, cloud-native cybersecurity applications. Youll be designing and implementing robust, maintainable, and testable software components that interact with massive-scale network security data.


Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable, modular, and maintainable software solutions for our automation engine.
Focus on code structure and software design patterns to ensure maintainability and reliability.
Strong experience with software design principles, test-driven development (TDD), and CI/CD.
Work with large-scale distributed systems in a cloud-native environment (GCP, Kubernetes, microservices).
Collaborate with security researchers, data analysts, and product teams to turn innovative security concepts into production-grade solutions.
