Creating internal documentation and resources to share knowledge within the organization.
Serving as an internal point of escalation for our Support team and driving resolution of technical issues, including identification of root cause.

We are growing fast, and as we grow we scale both in the number of patients we treat and in the number of products we have in our portfolio. Your mission will be to build self-serve applications, apis and the new data infra pipeline that will serve both Viz customers and internal users to manage.

Your responsibilities will span from design to implementation of a complex micro services based system that include implementing high scale pipelines and restful apis. You will collaborate with various teams, including AI, data, product and analytics teams, in order to deliver the best code using high end technologies.

We are running on AWS with Python as the main programming language for the backend, and React with typescript in the frontend. We are using various technologies such as S3, DynamoDB, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Docker, Redis, Prometheus and others. We are always open to new technologies and tools that will help us to do our job even better.

You will be joining the Identity protection team that delivers detection and prevention of identity related incidents in the organizational network using the falcon sensor and cloud.
We are looking for a technical, hands-on Automation Engineer who will focus on the infrastructure, tools and methods used to ensure that our systems behave in intended ways. You will play a key role in designing and developing automation and building tools that accurately ensure the quality, reliability and accuracy of our large-scale cloud-based enterprise security system. What You'll Do:
Develop test framework and test automation
Design, develop and maintain functional, regression, integration and performance tests
Design and develop larger scale integration and automated end-to-end tests
Increase our automated test coverage and improve our release quality and velocity
Define test strategies to best handle functional coverage, performance and scale
Analyze product, system and feature designs for flaws and improvements
