What you'll be doing:

Develop and maintain the simulations verification system and supporting infrastructure - design frameworks and tools that enable efficient test creation, execution, and analysis for complex hardware simulations.

Implement and automate multi-node verification tests to validate system behavior, scalability, and performance across distributed environments.

Own CI/CD pipelines and testing automation ensuring reliability, repeatability, and fast iteration cycles for simulation releases.

Collaborate closely with design and DevOps teams to integrate new hardware models, test scenarios, and infrastructure improvements.

Drive innovation in simulation verification - continuously improve coverage, debug efficiency, and system authenticity.

We are looking for a Manager, Software Verification & Infrastructure Engineering to lead the development and growth of NVIDIAs simulation verification ecosystem. In this role, you will develop and guide a team of talented engineers responsible for designing, building, and scaling the verification infrastructure that underpins NVIDIAs hardware simulation platform. This platform enables engineers across firmware, SDK, and OS domains to develop and validate software without physical hardware dependency - accelerating innovation across the company. Youll combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and collaboration skills, ensuring your team delivers high-quality, reliable, and scalable verification tools and frameworks.


What Youll Be Doing:

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software verification and infrastructure engineers focused on simulation quality, automation, and scalability.

Oversee development of multi-node verification systems to validate distributed simulation performance and stability.

Drive the evolution of CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows to ensure fast, reliable delivery of simulation releases.

Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware design, DevOps, firmware, and software teams to align infrastructure improvements and verification methodologies.

Balance hands-on technical contribution with leadership guiding design reviews, architecture discussions, and best practices for verification excellence.

Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and innovation across the verification organization.

Were building foundational infrastructure to secure AI agents including their identities, access patterns, and interactions with sensitive systems and data. This includes designing intelligent, dynamic mechanisms for ephemeral access control, secrets management, and agent/user identity tailored to modern agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and beyond.
As the Team Lead, youll not only help define how agents authenticate, receive scoped access, perform actions securely, and leave behind a verifiable audit trail youll also be responsible for building and leading a high-impact engineering team from the ground up.
