Key Responsibilities:
Vision and Strategy: Define a compelling product vision and strategy rooted in market research, customer insights, and system capabilities. Lead strategic discussions and align stakeholders around a shared roadmap.
System & Market Understanding: Conduct deep market and systems research. Extract and define business requirements from complex system integrations with a clear understanding of the end-to-end e-commerce domain.
Data-Driven Execution: Leverage data analysis and KPIs to drive decisions, validate hypotheses, and continuously optimize performance.
Roadmap Development: Build and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term delivery with long-term strategic goals.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) from early-stage ideation through solution validation and execution. Ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle and foster a shared understanding of goals and priorities.
Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery and iteration, using agile best practices and mastering the Software Development Life Cycle.
Go-To-Market: Lead go-to-market strategies for new features and enhancements.
