Responsibilities:
* Develop and optimize algorithms for optimal solar energy management, anomaly detection and automation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate scientific models into efficient computational algorithms, writing high quality production ready code.

* Utilize modern data analysis and AI tools to process large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and support decision-making.

Requirements: * MSc/PhD in a scientific field, preferably with a background in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
* 5+ years of experience in algorithm development, particularly in energy systems or related fields. - MUST
* Entrepreneurial mindset: taking ownership of solutions, working independently, and collaborating to bring innovative ideas to the team.
* High proficiency in Python, with experience in performance optimization. Must
* Proficiency in at least one data -science framework, such us: scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, etc. Must
* Proven experience with statistical inference and discrete optimization algorithms.
* Experience with time-series prediction and anomaly detection algorithms.
* Experience with high-performance computing and simulation frameworks.
* A background in the renewable energy industry - advantage.
