We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team. In this role, you will support a wide range of legal activities across the companys global operations - from commercial contracts and corporate matters to labor law, intellectual property, compliance, and more. Responsibilities

Support the review, drafting, and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements, including service agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and partnership agreement.
Assist with corporate legal matters across international entities, including company secretarial tasks and regulatory compliance.
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance and delivery, to provide practical legal support on day-to-day issues.
Help develop and implement internal policies, templates, and legal processes.
