Were looking for a UX Researcher to join our Product Design team and take full ownership of the Research discipline. Lead impactful research initiatives in different regions and user types, while working with stakeholders to create superior user experiences.
Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders to identify research topics and create actionable research plans that align with business goals.
Conduct various generative and evaluative research studies, including surveys, interviews, usability tests, and more. This includes research planning, participant recruitment, execution, analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders throughout the process.
Analyze research findings and turn them into actionable insights that fuel ideation, inform product decisions, and evaluate designs.
Communicate insights and recommendations in compelling ways
Leverage AI tools to enhance the impact and effectiveness of UX research, building new processes and shape how AI will transform the way we understand our users.
Mentor PMs and designers to support research democratization efforts
Effectively manage and prioritize research projects
Build a UX Research knowledge base about our users and our product, while continuously expanding its scope. Provide key stakeholders across the organization with access to research methodologies, documentation, findings, and valuable insights.

We are looking for a Product Designer.
Product Designers play a key role in solving challenging business problems through user-centered design. Working closely with product managers and engineers, our designers enjoy a high level of autonomy and are empowered to make a significant impact. They practice continuous Product Discovery, interact frequently with customers and users, and leverage user research and usability testing alongside data to inform their decisions. This role focuses on shaping intuitive experiences, with an emphasis on data visualization and storytelling through design.
Responsibilities:
Understand user behavior and challenges through user research, usability testing, and collaboration with stakeholders.
Design creative and data-driven solutions, focusing on effective data visualization.
Create prototypes to test concepts and iterate based on feedback.
Deliver detailed UI designs and clear requirements for features and improvements.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
Analyze product usage data to identify and address areas for improvement.

you will be responsible for the company's visual storytelling, owning the design of our various digital assets. WHAT YOULL DO:
* Design digital marketing materials, such as landing pages, banners, marketing emails, social media images, eBooks, etc
* Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate the appearance and function of websites
* Design internal and external company presentations
* Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
* Design graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs and widgets
* Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
* Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
* Collaborate with the marketing team, and product team to bring ideas from concept to execution.
* Pay close attention to detail while working under deadline pressure

we are looking for a UX/UI designer with a proven track record of building and maintaining cutting edge security products. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines. This role requires to be hands-on and to define the teamwork process to enable effective UX work.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the products design vision, framework, and UX strategy
Define visual language and standards to create the application style guides for developers
Work closely with Product Managers to understand the customer business needs and product requirements
Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle including product definition, user research, deliverables definition, effort estimation, design, usability testing and post-launch evaluation
Perform usability testing and prototyping with clients and sales engineers
Work closely with R&D, QA and Product Management to design, execute and review the implementation of the requirements
Create concepts while balancing business goals and users needs. Define information architecture and plan clear navigation models. Produce wireframes and prototypes to create simple, intuitive, usable, and engaging experiences for our users.
