What you'll be doing:
Manage the functionality and performance of the LevelPlay SDK product and infrastructure.
Lead one of Unity's core Grow products, collaborating closely with business teams and external stakeholders.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and ideation to implementation, through hands-on product management tasks.
Coordinate with engineering and operational teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
Monitor initiative progress throughout the product development lifecycle, identifying risks and opportunities, while keeping stakeholders informed and maximizing efficiency in a dynamic environment.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and execute the vision for Business Intelligence (BI), Social Listening, and Marketing Intelligence products within us. Youll work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to build solutions that provide customers with deep insights into their social media performance, competitive landscape, and market trends.

Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive gaps in BI, social listening, and marketing intelligence.
Engage with customers to understand how they leverage data for decision-making and uncover new opportunities.
Define and own the roadmap for BI, analytics, and social listening products, prioritizing features and enhancements.
Collaborate with engineering, AI, and data teams to develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new data-driven capabilities.
Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to define positioning, messaging, and adoption strategies.
Train internal teams on new intelligence features and their business value.
Define success metrics (KPIs) to track product adoption and customer impact.
Continuously analyze product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on improvements.
Align with executives and cross-functional teams on strategy and product direction.
Communicate progress, insights, and key decisions with internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with your RnD team, UX/UI designers and data analysts to evaluate new opportunities and customer needs and come up with great product solutions.
Work with the RnD teams and lead them to fast and efficient deliveries of new product features and versions.
Define and collaborate Go to Market plans for new features with our Marketing manager and account managers.
