Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end design process for key activation features, from initial concept through prototyping, testing, and implementation
Design intuitive onboarding flows and first-time user experiences that demonstrate immediate value
Create engaging and efficient interfaces for AI-assisted coding features, IDE integrations, and developer workflows
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to identify user behavior patterns and design solutions that drive adoption
Lead user research initiatives to deeply understand developer needs and validate design solutions
Contribute to our design system and establish patterns for AI-human interaction in development tools

We are looking for a talented Product Content Designer (UX writer) to join our Product Content team.
As a Product Content Designer, youll be using your writing and storytelling skills to build amazing user experiences for our customers. Your day-to-day will include guiding designers in crafting clear, effective in-product copy. Youll collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure consistency, clarity, and a cohesive voice across the platform. Your role will include setting content guidelines, providing strategic input on messaging, reviewing and refining copy, and ensuring a seamless user experience through well-crafted language.
Youll create content for in-product flows, dashboards, navigation, and more.
Youll create short, instructional texts such as buttons, error messages, tooltips, and form field labels.

Own the functional and visual design of your product
Deliver extraordinary products by conducting a full design cycle, including research, ideation, validation, pixel-perfect UI design, delivery and post-launch testing
Know your product and users thoroughly through extensive research based on support tickets, data, usability tests, user interviews, competitor analysis and more
