We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our innovative products.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business goals and market needs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Customer Success, and business stakeholders, to drive product development.
Conduct market research, analyze user behavior, and gather feedback to improve product performance.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and customer needs.
Create and maintain templates, workflows, and frameworks for product planning
Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
Define KPIs and measure product success, iterating as needed.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS, B2B, or tech-driven company.
Demonstrated ability to comprehend and lead complex software ecosystems, particularly those featuring extensive third-party integrations and architectures designed for significant scale
Methodical professional with the ability to analyze the end-to-end technical implications of system changes across multiple interconnected use cases
Experience in designing and managing UI for administrator interfaces, with a strong user-centric mindset, and keen attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience working with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Background in hospitality tech, travel, or marketplace platforms a plus.
Development Background- a plus.
Quick and self-learner, self-organized.
JIRA proficiency.
Excellent leadership and personal skills
Very high verbal and written English - A must.
