As a Technical Program Manager you will...
Collaborate with Product and Engineering, mid and upper management to ensure alignment with the companys strategy, commitments and goals (OKRs)
Lead cross-company technical initiatives and hold E2E plans
Lead DevOps projects and lead the shift to a "you build it you run it" R&D organization
Manage highly technical cross-functional software programs, from inception to delivery
Be a central player in developing the procedures, choosing the tools, and determining how to manage our programs
Design and own new operational processes which will ensure an efficient and productive way of working.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience with proven technical Program Management (Leading cross-company initiatives in R&D-oriented companies) and Agile methodologies at scale (must)
Data-driven way of thinking
Technical background, with a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Cloud delivery, and monitoring within a DevOps line of products (must)
Willing to take part in designing and shaping our R&DProductNPI Processes and be a leader in your domain.
Knowledge of OKR, NPI, and stream-aligned team methodologies
Experience leading large-scale organizational changes, and working both with engineers and non-engineers to drive results
Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient with Jira - making the most of the Atlassian ecosystem, experience with advanced RoadmapsStructure - an advantage
DevOps/Production developer background - an advantage.
