Required System Architect
About this position
In this position, you will oversee system definition and ownership for one of our product lines. You will be in charge of defining system solutions conforming to product, marketing, and customer requirements, with a detailed definition reaching non-functional KPIs. You will closely collaborate with R&D and Business groups to make technical decisions that balance product requirements, timelines, and the complexity of solutions.
Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
Specify system, SW, and HW requirements and architectural features at system and SoC levels while conforming to product requirements.
Define pre and post-silicon data flows and control flows combining HW and SW.
Uncover and resolve design weak spots.
Lead cross-functional system level features and debug system-level bugs.
Write internal and external specifications and technical documentation.

We are seeking a System Architect to join our team and play a key role in shaping the architecture of NeuReality's AI inference appliance.

As a System Architect, you will be integral in driving the company's architectural roadmap, working closely with the product team, CTO, and development teams. Together, youll analyze new market demands and define the product architecture for our Server-on-Chip system, which caters to a wide range of AI verticals.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the product team and CTO to assess new requirements and define the companys architectural roadmap and Plan of Record (POR).
Design system flows and deployment models for our AI inference appliance in advanced cloud environments.
Establish architecture guidelines, requirements, and the division of labor between software toolchain components, firmware, and hardware elements of the SoC.
Lead performance estimations, measurements, and optimizations, as well as system-level integration efforts.
Engage directly with end customers to shape use cases and system solutions, including demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).

Required Staff Architect
About the role:
The Staff Architect is a hands-on position on our Architecture team. Our team reports directly to the CTO.
You will work closely with the product and engineering teams based in Tel Aviv to help shape the technical solutions they build and make sure they meet the design goals. You will guide and collaborate with talented, curious, and highly motivated engineers as well as senior engineering and product leadership to achieve this.
As part of the Architecture team, you will also help shape the broader engineering platforms that our global engineering teams build on top of. This includes our developer experience, infrastructure, data, API and UI platforms.5
What youll do:
Architect, design, and build distributed systems processing and applying business logic for Big Data workloads, serving thousands of clients, and supporting advanced analytics.
Collaborate with multiple cross-disciplinary teams and provide technical leadership, guidance, and coaching to engineers through brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and pair-programming.
Act as a technology trailblazer - evaluate new technologies, frameworks, tools, and methodologies, conduct PoCs, and make recommendations to engineering management. Spread the knowledge by training the engineering staff.
Build scalable and high-quality code, including constantly reviewing developers code, looking for design breaches, providing meaningful and relevant feedback to developers, and staying up-to-date with system changes.
Define and advocate for technical standards of CI/CD, quality, monitoring, security, modifiability, extensibility, and maintainability of our systems.
Take data-driven decisions based on extensive data analysis using advanced SQL methodologies.
Facilitate the creation of documentation, flow charts, and diagrams that record systems behavior, data flows, etc., to serve as a reference for new team members, auditors, etc.
Communicate and partner with technical and non-technical teams.
