As our Compiler Engineer, you will be part of the team developing Cairo (and potentially additional, higher-level, languages) and its tooling, and mainly its strong, efficient compiler.

We seek an experienced SVP of Engineering to lead our R&D & Data teams and drive technological innovation. The SVP of Engineering owns the creation of a roadmap for design, development and operationalization of a high-quality data strategy, including data architecture, processes, and data quality framework - driven by the current and strategic operational and analytical business information needs organization-wide, and is based on formal concepts, principles, and techniques.



Responsibilities:

Lead Engineering and Data teams and take full responsibility for product development.
Develop and implement a technology strategy aligned with the company's vision.
Lead and optimize development processes, including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Be responsible for making decisions on architecture, infrastructure, and development tools.
Collaborate closely with senior management and participate in strategic decisions.
Work closely with product and operations teams to create organizational synergy.
Manage technology budgets and resources while prioritizing projects.
Evaluate and implement appropriate data science tools, platforms, and technologies to streamline processes and enhance data-driven marketing capabilities.

Job Description Project Management and Technical Leadership: Lead and manage software development projects, including planning, coordinating, and supervising team activities to ensure successful project completion.
