Were looking for a System Analyst to join our growing Professional Services. The System Analyst serves as solution consultant, also bridging between the development team, product team, and client during the integration period, all to ensure that the customer will be able to extract the greatest value from the product post-launch and to ensure that the product is customized, configured and delivered.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in system analysis, including; gathering requirements from clients, writing functional and technical documents, understanding of database architecture, including ERD
2 years of experience in defining requirements within Salesforcen platform- must
Experience in Systems Analysis for Web Applications
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required
The ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders - executives, managers, users, and subject matter experts
Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret client business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements.
