Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Guide the team in designing, developing, and maintaining robust cybersecurity solutions using Golang, C#, and Python.
Hands-On Development: Write high-quality, scalable, and secure code (50% of the time).
Team Management & Growth: Hire, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers to build innovative cybersecurity products.
Code Reviews & Best Practices: Ensure high code quality through reviews, technical mentorship, and the enforcement of best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security researchers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver features.
Technical Roadmap: Contribute to architectural decisions and shape the future of the company's technology stack.

Build Scalable Solutions: Lead the design and development of robust, scalable systems using a mix of cutting-edge languages, frameworks, and technologies, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and performance.
Customer-Centric Development: Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs, ensuring the team delivers high-value solutions aligned with mission.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams, including DevOps, data engineering, and product management, to align on priorities and drive company-wide initiatives.

Streamline processes: Set up efficient workflows for the engineering team, and support company wide efforts like SOC 2 compliance.
Lead and mentor: Manage a team of engineers, helping them grow and deliver high-quality products, and support them to own end-to-end development lifecycle.
Drive development: Own the delivery of key projects, integrations, and technical initiatives aligned with our roadmap.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with founders, product, design, customer experience and sales teams to ship features that improve our users day to day operations.
Optimize infrastructure: Improve system performance, scalability, reliability and improve CI/CD pipelines using best practices for AWS/Kubernete

The scope includes development of stack, protocols and embedded applications for the next generation PON OLT SoC based on Hypervisor technology
Candidate should demonstrate personal skills and experience to support leading development projects independently with tendency to deep technology understanding and innovation. In this position expecting to evolve development processes to ensure high software quality and reliable schedules
