* Manage and lead the budget Planning & control team members
* Lead the company’s annual budget process
* Manage and develop new budget control practices and analysis in order to maintain and continuously improve expense control practices
* Continuously analyze actual and forecast vs. budget and routinely deliver monthly and quarterly reports
* Budget and monitor company’s capital expenditures
* Responsible for monthly and quarterly financial closing process (provisions, analysis, monthly reports, and presentations)
* Become a key financial business partner to different stakeholders in the company including top management

We are hiring a Reimbursement & Market Access Analyst to join our team in Israel. The team utilizes in-depth knowledge of the Israeli healthcare system, as well as breadth of experience across multiple disciplines while partnering with external and internal stakeholders to drive complex processes to expend patients' access to Medtronic's therapies.
A Day in the Life
Assist executing of Israel's Reimbursement, Market Access and Health economics strategies to secure optimal reimbursement and funding for designated therapies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, collect and synthesize data to demonstrate clinical and economical value of Medtronic therapies.
Create awareness and educate key healthcare decision makers and payers to increase the acceptance, adoption and/or use of Medtronic therapies and products.
Provide education and training to key internal audiences within the region on key reimbursement, pricing and health economic product specific data and tools.
Support market development activities via generation of Israel specific economic data and support development and compilation of clinical evidence.

A Day in the Life
Negotiate contract commercial terms, ensuring they meet requirements of internal stakeholders (i.e., risk, legal, project management, etc.) and client standards.
Determine the ideal target customer pricing to drive profitability.
Resolve pricing discrepancies by trouble shooting reasons for exceptions and take proper actions to eliminate reoccurrences.
Provide thorough analytical breakdowns of pricing structures and identify strategic methods to improve pricing models. Communicate findings effectively to relevant departments of the company.
Develop, issue, and manage tender documents (RFPs, RFQ, RFIs, etc.).
Work with the sales and marketing team to define pricing structure for company products.
Partner with the BU to plan, direct, assign and review agreements and tenders to ensure compliance with established policies, regulations and objectives.
