We are hiring a full time Content Core team lead to build and manage a new Horizontal Team owning market health, content sourcing funnel, content pipeline monitoring and more, providing cross-regional data, content and actionable insights to our Editorial Teams across the globe
The Content Core team lead Is Responsible For:
* Owning and monitoring the content pipeline from acquisition to onboarding to ongoing management.
* Generating and leveraging data and insights to cater for global, multilingual, content diversity requirements.
* Prioritizing with Business to source content in multiple languages and markets.
* Managing horizontal and global projects, timelines, dependencies, risks, reporting etc.
* Engaging with Product and Analytics teams to build and optimize tools, processes and dashboards to facilitate efficiencies and productivity.
* Establish, monitor and execute operational KPIs.

* Well-versed in operational procedures for building and establishing processes.
* Experienced and able to deep dive into data to generate actionable and operational insights.
* Technically savvy, able to optimize tools and data related platforms.
* Experienced in project management to handle multiple projects and various global stakeholders.
* Great interpersonal skills to establish relationships with multiple groups and domains within our News.
* Able to work independently, take the initiative and speak your mind
* Passionate about data and a data driven approach.
