This role requires someone who has a strong eye for design and must be able to jump into any project, at any phase of production.

Creating and delivering high-value motion graphics videos and animated video assets to be shared in-game, on social media platforms, and the iOS and Google app stores
Working with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for high-value graphic design
Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
Experience in 3D compositing and post-production
Staying up to date on the latest post-production processes and techniques

Responsibilities

Edit video ads content for a variety of platforms to increase sales performance

Work and develop visual videos, images, Gifs and more according to brand guidelines.

Collaborate with the performance team to understand project requirements and execute vision.

Utilize creative storytelling techniques to enhance video content.

Select appropriate music, sound effects, and graphics to complement the video.

Ensure all content is produced within deadline, and meets brand guidelines.

Provide input on video production, including camera angles, lighting, and shot selection.

Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industrys best practices to maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Rigging: Demonstrating excellent character and props rigging skills using various platforms, with a focus on MGear. Ensure rigs are intuitive, responsive, and compatible with our pipeline. Troubleshoot rigging issues to maintain quality standards.
Modeling: Proficient in mobile gaming topology and 3D modeling, UV mapping, and texturing.
Work efficiently within production constraints while delivering high-quality artwork that meets or exceeds studio standards.
Collaboration: Regularly communicate with the Lead 3D Animator on task status. Seek guidance and approval when needed to progress tasks, project initiatives, and milestones. Maintain consistency and quality of rigs and models in alignment with leads and the Art Director.
Skill Enhancement: Continuously refine artistic abilities and learn new software packages and in-house tools. Familiarize yourself with proprietary technologies or software as required.

Creating game assets and 3D Compositions.

The work will require collaborating closely in the games creation process by interacting with the Team Lead, Producer, and Art Director, and adjusting to the games technical and production needs.

Producing a variety of game assets, props and full environments.
Creating high-quality stylized models and textures and directly integrating them into the game
Helping the team visualize future features through gameplay prototyping.
Creating beautiful 3D compositions along the 2D team.
Maintaining level of quality in the team.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced game designer who specializes in puzzles and will join the Hybrid games team. As part of your role you will help take great concepts and make them into published games with millions of users worldwide. As a game designer at Supersonic, you are responsible for making decisions about gameplay and mechanics, but will need to collaborate with game developers, Monetization managers and other designers to shape the overall product vision.

Your role as a Technical Artist is to bridge the gap between the issues of the creative, programming, and engineering teams in game development, liaising between heads of programming and design teams and researching and developing technical tools for a project by:

Supporting artists and developers in the 3D art pipeline
Assisting in assets performance and validation
Deciding and developing the software and tools which are required for game production
Porting finished art to the game engine and ensuring final art runs to full visual resolution
Working within the limits of the game engine, curating file sizes, polygon counts and loading speeds
Writing custom software specific to the needs of the game which will work with industry-standard scripting languages
Researching and overseeing the implementation of rendering techniques
Resolving material errors and collision issues
