As a Senior Backend Engineer, youll join our R&D center in TLV. The position is to be part of a backend team, to design, implement, maintain and troubleshoot in a cutting-edge environment.

As a senior engineer its expected from you to build an optimized, scalable and innovative design.

What Youll Do:

Be responsible for implementing micro-services from design to production.
Take ownership of development, maintenance, testing strategy, design discussions, and operations.
Participate in all aspects of agile software development including design, implementation, and deployment.
Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of new product features / components
Ensuring application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design
Work with a small, cross-functional team on products and features to drive growth.
Learning new tools, languages, workflows, and philosophies to grow
Research and suggest new technologies for boosting the product.
Have an impact on product development by making important technical decisions, influencing the system architecture, development practices and more.

About the team:
In the Blockchains group, you will be responsible for researching and implementing integrations of innovative new blockchains to the platform.
As part of your role, you will be expected to research and gain deep understanding about various blockchains. You will learn how to design and execute solutions for working with these state-of-the-art technologies.
What You'll Do:
In the capacity of a Backend Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and maintenance efforts of our Blockchains Management Platform. This includes overseeing the development of applications, services, and infrastructure. Your leadership responsibilities will entail guiding the team in adopting a modern backend stack development approach, which includes microservices, databases, Kubernetes, CICD, and other relevant technologies. Additionally, as a hands-on leader, you will actively contribute to the technical aspects of the projects, ensuring a balance between leadership and direct involvement in the development process.

Lead, inspire and mentor a team of talented professionals through day-to-day management.
Work closely with the team to ensure the implementation of best coding and engineering practices.

Dive deep into the latest blockchains, seamlessly incorporate them into our product, and become an expert in the fundamentals, protocols and features of the blockchains.

What You'll Do

Lead the IDP cloud SDET team and work with all the stakeholder teams to guarantee cloud software and deployment quality

Lead cloud test direction, test strategy, test design/development/execution and reporting

Hands-on design and development of test framework/tools and scripts to achieve test efficiency and productivity to ensure functionality, reliability, performance, scalability of cloud.

Work with other quality leaders to understand product quality and automation gaps and opportunities, customer engagement as it relates to quality, and continuously reviewing the impact of SDET work.
