Responsibilities:
Manage B2C customer accounts throughout their lifecycle
Provide day-to-day support and ensure an excellent User Experience
Coordinate internal communication between teams
Monitor customer feedback and identify trends and opportunities
Stay updated on iGaming products and offerings
Requirements: Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Interest in technology and digital operations
Quick to learn new tools and systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
